Built for Homeowners and Businesses with Water Mitigation and Flood Restoration Solutions That Last
Faster Recovery
Protected Value
Clear Communication
You see the stains spreading across the ceiling, the warped flooring, the damp smell that won’t go away. Maybe it started with a small leak or a storm surge, but water has a way of making everything worse when it sits.
The longer moisture stays trapped inside walls and floors, the more structural damage accumulates. Insurance claims grow more complicated. Mold risk climbs. And the safe, comfortable space you depend on becomes a source of constant stress and rising repair bills.
React Restoration LLC handles every water mitigation and restoration project with clarity and speed when Delaware County families and businesses need help most. We combine certified restoration expertise with honest service, tackling water damage, flood cleanup, fire restoration, and emergency response for residential and commercial clients.
Every project starts with fast assessment, clear communication, and industrial-grade equipment. Our crew focuses on moisture mapping, structural drying, sewage remediation, and full reconstruction so your property returns to safe, livable condition without shortcuts or surprise costs.
Locally operated and IICRC-trained, we stand behind every job with transparent documentation, direct insurance coordination, and workmanship you can trust for the long term.
Immediate extraction and structural drying that stops water intrusion before damage spreads or mold takes hold.
Industrial equipment removes standing water fast, protecting flooring and walls from saturation and permanent damage.
Complete cleanup and rebuild after fire destroys walls or fills rooms with smoke, soot, and lingering odor.
Roof tarping, water removal, and structural repair that brings your property back after severe weather strikes.
Your property passes moisture meter checks, walls register normal levels, and hidden water pockets are eliminated before reconstruction begins.
Air quality testing shows no elevated spore counts, surfaces are disinfected, and your family can safely return home.
You receive detailed moisture logs, photos at each stage, and itemized scope reports your adjuster needs to close the claim.
My husband and recently bought a home (first time home owners), and we were desperate when we saw a leak in our garage ceiling after a storm hit our house. We called react remediation on a saturday afternoon, and Pat Stenson arrived at our house the next day (on a hiliday weekend!) early morning. He helped us, told us what to do, and even came back to do some mold scanning and remediation weeks later when we weren’t 100% sure everything in our house was dry. A very helpful, nice guy who was always ready to answer our questions. We definitely recommend this company, specially Pat!

Wow! My family had a horrendous flood in our basement. React Restoration called us on the same day of the flood to access the damage. We set up for them to come out and clean up the flood. React Restoration came back in an expeditious manner and rectified the situation. They sump pumped all of the water. Used a dehumidifier to dry the basement.
Cleaned and disinfected everything. All work was done professionally, along with a congenial manner with the employees doing the work.
I highly recommend using, React Restoration!!

Most teams arrive within hours. Fast response reduces secondary damage, prevents mold growth, and protects structural materials from absorbing more moisture than they can release.
Mitigation stops damage in its tracks through extraction and drying. Restoration rebuilds what was lost. Some projects need both, starting with mitigation to stabilize the property.
Coverage depends on your policy and the cause of loss. Many carriers cover mitigation when the damage is sudden and accidental, like a burst pipe or appliance leak.
Typically two to five days, depending on the extent of saturation and airflow. Advanced dehumidifiers and air movers accelerate the process, and moisture readings verify completion before equipment is removed.
Often, yes. If the affected area can be isolated and utilities remain safe, you may stay. The crew will discuss access needs and any temporary restrictions during setup.
